Capacity: We are only able to host up to 5 people during our afternoon sessions and 6 people during our evening sessions. Due to the limited seating in our space, bookings are a must for both our afternoon and evening experiences.

Deposit: We require a consumable deposit upon reserving to secure your seat.

Cancellation Policy

・Cancellations or requests to reschedule made up to 72 hours before your reservation date may be fully refunded, minus any transaction fees.
・Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before your reservation are entitled to a 50% refund, minus any transaction fees.
・Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before your reservation are non-refundable. 
・No-shows and guests who are over 15 minutes late to their reservation are subject to the cancellation policy, where the deposit is non-refundable.

To make any changes to your reservation, please email us at reservations@ito.ooo or simply reply to the booking confirmation that was sent to your email.

Important Notes

・Any outside food or drink is strictly prohibited.
・As seating is limited within the space, we do not recommend bringing children who won’t be consuming any of the courses as it may be uncomfortable for them or our other guests. *Exceptions may be made if an entire seating is booked by one group of 5 pax – please contact us ahead of time if this will be the case for your group.
・Pets are allowed within the space however owners must ensure that they are on their best behavior and are comfortable being situated close to or beside other people.
・Please note that our space is quite compact and that everyone will be seated together, along one bar area.
